Consumer rights and complaints - through the application
As a subscriber you can learn about your rights.
-When you know about the Rights Protection Act, 2009.
You can file your complaint as a consumer under the Department of Consumer Rights Protection - Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
If the complainant prosecution is proved and fined in the investigation, the complainant consumer will receive 25 percent of the fine.
